On Friday, 27th September, thhe Armed Forces of Malta, with the cooperation of the Malta Police and the Malta Bike Marshals, organised their annual Bike Ride in aid of Id-Dar tal-Providenza. The bikers gathered at the Luqa Barracks where the AFM Chaplain, Fr Joe Meli blessed the motor cycles and their riders, followed by a ride to the Home in Siġġiewi, The ride was followed by a pasta night for all the participants.
On behalf of the organising team, Colonel Brian Gatt presented a cheque for €1,270 that were collected during the activity. The presentation was made to Fr Martin Micallef, Director of Id-Dar tal-Providenza.
